If you need to fill out a COVID-19 Eviction Moratorium Form, you can do so using one of our public computers. The forms must be submitted online; a printable form does not exist yet. If you need help filling out the form, you can let one of our staff members know, and we will walk you through the process. If you need to print your completed form, the cost is 10 cents per page.
